Made from comfortable neoprene, these pup hoods are enhanced with matching colors of EL-wire. These hoods are powered by a sound-reactive inverter so the hood will glow to the beat. All you’ll need is a 9-volt battery.
With an optional collar for just $20 more, you can coordinate and express your inner animal while blinking in time to the music.
